There are 8 duplex Boudoir Grand bedrooms located on the first and second floors of the Old School House. These range in size from 330 to 400 ft².

Each room has been individually designed and many retain original features such as exposed brickwork, steel beams and old wooden floors that you would expect to find in a building of this age.

The lower level bedroom uses decadent fabrics, wooden or carpeted floors and rich colour schemes along with crisp white linen on the hand-sprung bed.

The Coronation Street set can be seen from some of the Boudoir Grand rooms.

The upper level has an open-plan bathroom with oak wooden flooring, walk-in rain shower, cast iron roll-top soaking bath (for 2 people) and generous Temple Spa toiletries.

There are 10 Classical Grand junior suites at Great John Street, situated on the mezzanine, first and second floors. These range in size from approximately 450 to 475 ft².

These junior suites are very individual and vary in style from single level to duplex. Each is unique and lavish with beautiful rich colour schemes, luxurious fabrics and textures alongside many original features of the Old School House.

The 6 Duplex junior suites have on one level, an intimate and cosy lounge area (some with fireplaces) filled with elegant furnishings and a working desk, with the bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor.

The 4 Simplex junior suites house all areas on one level with Victorian-style bathing in a deep cast iron roll-top soaking bath in the bedroom or lounge itself.

All Classical Grand rooms have a spacious separate bathroom and provide a walk-in rain shower, a cast iron roll-top soaking bath (for 2 people) and generous Temple Spa toiletries.

There are 4 Eclectic Grand suites at The Old School House, situated on the first and second floors. These vary in size from approximately 520 to 600 ft².

These glamorous duplex suites use the huge space of the past classrooms to great effect and have a distinct New York loft feel. Facing the Coronation Street set, all have the original windows of the old school, allowing in an abundance of natural light.

All feature a stunning hand-carved bed as a centre piece, along with original antique wooden flooring and are decorated in the most sumptuous of fabrics and colour schemes.

The stunning upper level bathroom features beautiful wooden flooring along with twin cast iron roll-top soaking baths and his and hers basins in all but one of the suites (room 31), a walk-in rain shower/steam room and generous Temple Spa toiletries.
